Here, at Authentic Custom Homes, we believe in the definition of a true custom home. Our motto is "Build an Original" and that is what we mean. The owner, Kenyon Woods, is a builder and a designer. He started this company with the vision of offering customers an affordable true custom home, from 1600 to 2500 square feet. His goal is to personally sit down with you and help you create and design your dream home. We want to build a home for you and your family that reflects your personality and accomplishments.

CUSTOMER INVOLVEMENT

You as a homebuyer are entrusting us with your largest financial investment. We understand that building a home can be stressful and our goal is to make this a very enjoyable experience for you and your family. To ensure this, you will be given Kenyon's cell phone number and you will be able to contact him directly to answer any questions you may have. We also provide periodic walkthroughs during the construction of your home so that you will be fully educated on every aspect of the building process.

YOUR HOME

Because we are a small family run business, we do not have the overhead of many of our competitors. This savings will be passed directly to the customer and because of this we offer standard features that others can not. You can also rest assured that Kenyon will be on the job site daily (often two to three times) to ensure superior quality workmanship in your home. We are committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. Our marketing is based on satisfied customer referrals.

We understand that the current economy has caused anxiety in the minds of buyers and you, as a buyer, want to know that your builder is financially strong and will be able to complete your home.
